THE PANDEMIC of Covid-19 is seen by some “decision-makers” as a real opportunity to advance the global governance agenda and thus to move humanity into a new phase of its economic, political, social and intellectual development. But such a systemic change implies a fight against all the elements of resistance to this new anthropological order. Such a fight legitimizes in the eyes of some the redefinition of the perimeter of individual and national freedoms. But then, what about the respect of religious freedom and freedom of nations against the “imperatives” of health? It is more than ever a question of evaluating the type of rationality operating in such a mutation and criticizing it in the name of a deployment of reason in all its amplitude.
